All classes offered via Zoom on a monthly membership of £28 per month after initial 7 days for free offer ends.
The classes throughout the week will give you an overall program but each class can also be a ‘stand alone’ class to enjoy for still offers great value.
We will work hard but there are always options and ‘preps’ to exercises, so if you are a beginner, don’t you worry I’m there to support you.
I am also a Sports Therapist so I understand the body from an injury point of view too which brings an added dimension into the class and so I can make suggestions and adapt workouts to suit.
Classes follow a plan of strength and conditioning for the whole body including core work through Pilates.
New classes will be added over time.
